I have availed connection against this stb no[protected] since november 2015 at adabari where i did not face any problem, but recently i have shifted to rukminigaon at sbi staff qtr complex, block a, r no 13, 3rd floor, in august 2017. And since then i am facing a problem with your cable service. From august it has been 4 times when my cable was not working with error message "120:service not authorized contact your service provider". When i contacted our local cable operator, they did repair it for the first 2 time, but the third they gave a landline no [protected] to complain about the same, when i called them they took my stb no and repaired it. But this time they are not responding properly, even today also i contacted them and they are saying that my documents are pending whereas my local cable operator has submitted the same in august itself at your ulubari office.
