Good afternoon

I have taken personal loan (A/c no.[protected]) of rs. 140000/- from aye finance pvt. Ltd. I have deposited every emi on time. But last 4 - 6 months i have big loss in my business so that my financial condition is not good. So i have requested to aye finance bank manager please decrease my emi. This regarding i have submitted 2 application in bank as per discussion with branch manager. They are agreed for it. But again they demanding full emi amount of rs. 7684/-. I have many times requested them at time i am not able to pay full emi. But every day banks employees come in my house and my mother fruit shop and shooting on us & use abuse language. They are threat us everyday. I have many times asked to branch manager that's wrong way of recovery. But there no any response. Condition is same to same. I am very upset. They are harsh me mentally and physically. I know as per rbi guideline no any harsh us mentally and physically and no any one use abuse language.

Please decrease my emi & take action immediately agst. Bank and employees. Please help.
