Ays Finco — Loan not Done and Not receiving Calls

Hi,

I am chasing my loan status from last one month but still I have not received my loan and from last 2 weeks the relationship manager Priti Singh is not answering my calls and also not giving any response on WhatsApp chat. Also helpline number is of no use no one is given any response from there end. What kind of customer service are they providing to customers I don't know.
