I applied for h1b visa at az expert overseas careers due to certain reasons they were unable to file the visa. According to the agreement they are supposed to refund the entire amount of rs 3, 30, 000 within 1 months but that did not happen.
I have been waiting patiently for last 6 months hoping that i would get the amount but i haven't got any. Only after pestering for long they transferred rs 30, 000. Every week i keep calling ajay i. E the company director[protected] he would say some or the other reason and keep on postponing it or sometimes he does not even pick up the call.
I am really worried and afraid as i still need to get rs 3, 00, 000 from him. I recorded call details with him since the beginning and i do have the agreement copy as well.
