On 24th July I took my [Realme] to [Mobile Shop[Azad photo studio] for repair due to display issue issue, The technician assured me that the phone would be repaired and functional I paid the agreed-upon amount of 1800 for the repair.
However, after 5 days, I discovered that the phone was not repaired at all. The issue persists, and I have been left with a non-functional phone. Despite numerous follow-ups, the mobile shop has failed to provide a satisfactory solution or refund.
I believe this constitutes fraud, as the mobile shop accepted payment without providing the promised services. I request:
1. A full refund of 1800
2. Compensation for the inconvenience and distress caused
3. A formal apology
