[Resolved]  Azure — Air Condition Service

I bought 5 Azure reverse cycle Air conditioners from Imperial Refrigeration company on 9/10/2013. I have been having trouble with the cooling of all 5 of the units and have repeatedly called Azure Service centre to get these units serviced under warranty. They keep giving me complaint numbers however no one has come to service the above units for over 2 months now. I am running a small retail business and it is vital for me to have these units working as customers come thru all day long and don’t prefer to stay in for an extended period as it is scorching hot outside and it’s not a hell of a lot better inside the shop. 3 Complaint numbers I have received from Azure are as per below, its one for each unit every time I have called. 1st ZND020107, 020108, 020109, 020110, 020111 2nd ZND[protected] [protected] 3rd ZND 0300780 I would really appreciate any assistance.
