Regret to inform you that the unprofessional service of LLOYD AC since I am facing this issue after six months of purchase. By mistake I have purchased two nos LLOYD AC for my commercial apartments. Started complaints after six months of installation to once AC and replaced the PCB after 10 days of continuous follow-ups. Again stopped working after six months and changed the PCB’s two months back. Currently the second AC also breakdown and registered the complaint through the dealer ‘Nadilath G-Mart. But till date no one visited the site to check the complaint. Please be informed that total of 18 ACs installed this apartments. All other brand ACs working fine and I have issue with LLOYD only. If the company doesn’t have proper service facility please doesn’t sell your products this area. We are a commercial customer and we should get the service fast whenever we made the complaint. We are losing our business due the breakdown of AC. When we contact the local service center which you have appointed their response is very unprofessional. We may force to complaint the ‘Consumer court’ against LLOYD unless the complaint resolves immediately.
