Fake Property.

Yes, Bathula Edukondala Srinivas(BES costructions)he is a big fraud.. collected the amount in crores from the buyers and he neither handover the flat nor return the money.

Please be aware of this ###!!!

Recently we herd that this case was solved/settled. Is it not the case? We are planning to buy a owner share flat.
Please advice.

I am another victim of that Fool, he is cheating the people simply saying that he will handover the flat in the next 1 month, he has been telling the same since 3 years. There are around 53 people that they Got the sale agreement claiming that he is the owner of all the 20 flats.

If you are ready to lose your money you can buy the flat.

Here is another company on his son and wife's name .Please don't trust this fraud company as well.
