Mistreated by a receptionist named Pampa at Non Invasive Cardiology reception after asking about Angiography procedure. She literally yelled at us and talked very rudely to the patients . This is really unfortunate and disappointing from a hospital like B M Birla . When it's her duty to provide support to the patients, instead they are making the situation more difficult for the patients.
