Hello Sir/Madam,

This is to let you know that my mom was been admitted on 17th of July, 2023 at B R Singh Hospital, Kolkata. Initially she was been admitted to emergency section and after doctor's intervention, she was been shifted to Female Medical word(FM I+II). There comes the problem o[censored]s. In daily basis we have seen the inefficiency of supervisor madam and other female nurses. On the second day, my mom was suffering from not having the regular bio call but that was not been informed to doctor by any of the stuff and my mom is also suffering from psychological disorder and it is not possible for her to tell all of these to doctor. Doctor is asking that you can check with word in charge or in that department to know what is needed for your patient but whenever we are coming to them, they are misbehaving with us, not saying anything about my patient. Yesterday also one psychological medicine was not there and they haven't asked us to buy it from local shop or from our home. We asked them thrice yesterday what is needed for patient and what are all reports of patient, is she fine or not. They were just ignoring us and didn't speak single word to us.

Miss communication, Miss management, inefficiency are main concern for this department.

It would great help if you please intervene into this and take a strict action against their management and word employees.
