I Anand Mishra am the customer of B.S.N.L. Fibre having the phone number[protected].
I have B.S.N.L. OTT-BUNDLED-HOTSTAR--SUPER+YUPP/ plan of B.S.N.L. of Rs 799 plan which offers OTT services also.
From JUNE 2023 to Till date B.S.N.L. is not providing OTT LIVE STREAMING but billing is done on above stated plan.
I have raised many complaints on BSNL custmer care services and BSNL office Ojhar Nashik but no one resolved my issue.
The complaint numbers are: [protected], [protected], [protected]...
Now again billing is done for July 2023 on the same plan but BSNL is not providing OTT services.
Please look into matter and help me.
