B. Teleshopping — Opened box - there was only scrap paper instead of mobile

Complaint regarind . I have found this company via surfing, on 04.09.2015 order ASSUS ZENPHONE 5 at Rs.4200. The product was delivered on 19.09.2015 by post & after opening box i was shocked to see only SCRAP PAPERS instead of MOBILE and i came to know that I am cheated fraudulently by this company and I lost my money as post delivers only after receipt of money. Now they are not responding and my money is stuck. I Need your help to getting refund of my money. The person who contacted me their no. is [protected] and [protected].
