Dear sir, Ref: B.UMA property tax new No:009/034/900489 old no 009/038/10918 This is to inform you that I (B.UMA)am a meticulous property tax payer for the past 20+ years in tambaram sanatorium perroratchi and have receipt for all of my payments once its attached to tambaram mucipal office as a recent developements my name is wrongly incorporated in the online records as P.UMA, On seeing this i was shocked and requested sembakkam municipal office (where i paid my last property tax vide receipt 009/23/6/22-23/0001250)to do the needful correction thro a letter on 12/10/2022 with my aadhar copy proof and my receipt copies, .when i gave the letter i was told to put the letter in a drop box by a staff, so acknoledgement is not given, but till date no action has been taken, Hence i request you to kindly help us to give direction to cocerned authorities to correct the record as B.UMA and oblige. Also henceforth a request/ complaint acknowledgement provision is made in the office it would be convenient to show it as proof and gain time. Thank you B.UMA Was this information helpful? | ||
