B10x — Misleading course & false refund promise

I had enrolled for this course in Mar 26 they informed during enrollment refund within 4 months if the course is not for me. Was informed will help HR professional for which I enrolled being an HR professional. There was 4 days financial freedom session by Spring Pad that is also misleading they fooled there too. Was difficult to get my refund through springpad. Got my course reactivated Batch: 27th June AI CAP B29 after me following it up, which was paused due to spring pad course.

I attended the sessions all the weekends invested 3hrs+, the sessions topics where not relevant for what I had enrolled and skills where taught which I don't use in my day to day professional work as an HR .The trainers are not professionals as do not have proper training framework. Where promised reputed trainers from all over the world but they are just some pro trainers in their field/skills who cannot teach. Non of the sessions relate to my day to day work at my office as an HR.

I have been requesting refund since the 2nd month of the program which I was promised at the time of enrollment. They falsely got me enrolled to the program. Today Friday 11th Oct I attended their session paying Rs 9 which they mentioned is for HR professionals on the IG reel and over whatsapp they mentioned the session agenda as below:

* Using AI to enhance your HR expertise and explore new side-income opportunities.
* Leveraging AI for recruitment, content, training, and HR services to create additional earning possibilities & much more.

But again it was falsely pitched with Rs.9 everything was shown but except the above-mentioned agenda. Again false and misleading people. I repetitively asked in the sessions but they were not responding to my questions. I still waited until the session got completed but no mention of the HR agenda that was promised. Company is showing 1 thing and presenting something else. This is completely unethical.

I have done numerous calls to the support team also written email requesting refund for my course as I am paying EMI for a course which is misleading and not meant for my purpose. Very poor & adamant customer care service. They keep repeating that they do not have refund policy. Urge people not to fall prey to this course it looks lucrative, but they are misleading. Do not recommend this course to anyone due to all false commitment by this brand.
