B507 Rr Residency, Hosapalya Main Rd, Hsr Layout Sector2, Bangalore 560068 — Return of Deposit amount for Rental property B507 RR Residency

I used to stay from Sep 2017 to March 2021 in B507 RR Residency, HSR Layout sector 2, Bangalore 560068 on rent. I always paid rent on time and i had paid a deposit of Rs. 150000. I vacated the apartment with due 2 months notice on 24th March 2021. Its been almost 5 months and i am not getting my deposit amount back. The owner landlords name is Sandeep Reddy ( mob no. +[protected] . He is not picking my phone inspite of repeated calls. After all deductions and painting and repair charges i am supposed to get back Rs. 65000. Pls help. My mob no is [protected] for any further information
