Baaj, Gurgaon — Double charges taken and no replace/return option after cancelling first return request

I had ordered two products online from above company through online website www.shopclues.com with order no.[protected] and[protected] on 09 Jan 2017. However the payment for first product with product code BJ7010 (QTY:1) had been done through eCOD counting 414/- before actual retreival of items. The information had been conveyed to the courier reaching the place on the same day transaction had been done. Even then he took COD for the same product by hand. After applying return, it shown that only first online transaction will get refunded. So the return with return ID 3588729 filed on 19th Jan had been cancelled. Nowahead there's no option visible for the return again as the product was quite large in size to fit
