I have booked an apartment in FairPro 2015 based on the offer provided by the organizer. I was promised that to get Apple IPad and 2% interest subsidy for the first 2 years of Home Loan. I booked a 2-BHK flat in Baashyaam Construction – Pinnacle Crest Project. They promised the selected unit for 65 Lakhs and collected the booking advance of 2Lakhs. Now they are saying, the unit cost comes around 68Lakhs. They said that they committed the price by mistake. Also, they are not ready to adjust the 2% interest subsidy and they said they paid 1 Lakh for CREDAI. All these things they are telling after one month of booking date but they collected the 2L amount next day of booking. I am requesting them to allot the unit for the committed price or refund the money. But they said they would take 50000 rupees as a cancellation charge. They sent the cost sheet 2 weeks later after booking and on the same day I replied to that email saying that this cannot be accepted.

I got a call from Baashyaam Constructions and this company's CRM spoke with me and accepted to refund the money without any deductions.

I booked an apartment in Baashyam Le Chalet on 16 Sep 2019 and gave 20, 000/- Rs as booking amount, but cancelled the same on the same month. The sales rep informed the booking amount has gone to escrow account and it will take 7 months for refunding the booking amt, but now it has been 18 months now and I have not received back my advance amount. The office staff are least bothered to even pick my calls..
