Baashyam Constructions Private Limited — Refund of housing project payment made after cancellation of contract

I have made a booking(March 2021) of house at Bashyam construction (Koyambedu ) and have cancelled the booking by September 2021.
But payment made is not refunded so far (from September 2021 to till date ie may 2022) even though they have terms in contract saying they should repay within three months of cancellation.
