Dear Sir/Madam,
I purchased a Samsung TV on the 18th from the Kota area and gifted it to a family member in Kaila devi. However, the TV has not yet been installed. Despite contacting the service center daily, we have not received any proper response, and the team has been giving false assurances each time.
We are extremely disappointed with the service experience. Kindly arrange for the installation to be completed within the next two days. Otherwise, we will be compelled to return the product and escalate this issue to Samsung Customer Care.
Your immediate attention to this matter will be highly appreciated.
