I had ordered a gown for rupees 750 + 150 cod charges
But instead they have sent us an age-old, used and dirty saree... The contact number printed on the parcel is wrong...
I tried to fill the return form using the website but it is not responding...
Their customer care number is also fake...
It a clear case of cybercrime...
