I am 67 years, getting pension of ₹15000-00 per month and recently had Bypass Surgery. I am also a diabetic. One can think the cost of medicines. A staff of TBCF requested donation for a baby's treatment I' ve transferred₹.567-00, but by mistake twice the money transferred.(₹.567+₹567). I requested them to refund one transaction amount of Rs. 567-00. Initially they agreed and later they refused to return stating that their policy is only collecting money not refunding. This makes me to think whether these foudations are money suckers. Requested patrons not to encourage such money minded foundations.
