Do not trust babycouture. The quality of the dress is very poor. I am writing my own experience here. They sell poor quality of clothes by way of Sale and finally say that they do not exchange/return the dress once it is sold. The quality of the dress which I received was very poor. The lining of the frock has a poor material and it is exactly the same material that is used to make umbrellas. I had to fight with the customer care executive to return the dress and finally they accepted to take it back. When I asked them about the 7 days policy, the customer care executive said that since I initiated the request, the 7 days policy will not reply. They denied to arrange for a reverse pickup. Finally I took so much pain to return the goods since they are located in a remote area. I spend 250 bugs to return the good and they refused to give me back my courier charges. Now the customer care executive, who called me and who claims to be in the highest position said that she cannot accept the dress and the 7 days has expired.
Babycouture team is never polite, they are harsh and rude and threatening to the customers. I literally lost 1000 Rupees and now it is all waste. They are not answering the calls now. The call was from [protected].
