They sell services saying we are a Ferns & Petal Brand and give you the best in everything (which probably might justify a super high premium they charge); Sharing what happened with us in roughly ~3 weeks (the duration of service is of 40 days)
1. The first Japa needed advance and I requested company to do so and even made my 2nd instalment payment without they even asking so that same can be facilitated – idea being she works nicely and does not bother about money; according to her the company did not give the advice and delayed her salary and 3 times she said I will leave the next day and finally she left mid-way (imagine the pain for the parent)
2. While I gave constant feedback to the team on any shortcoming I was told they have counseled her and she will complete her stint, which obviously she did not
3. I was given a replacement who came directly from a job (without any rest and RTPCR) and she did not even hold the baby properly (holding a 25 day old w/o neck support and pulling his hand); that night she started coughing a lot and we immediately requested to take her and give a replacement and best thing is that a replacement never came; THING TO NOTE – I AND MY WIFE WERE STRANDED BY THE COMPANY WITHOUT ANY JAPA. IT WAS TRAUMATIC EXPERIENCE GIVENN MY KID CAME OUT OF HOSPITAL ONLY RECENTLY AND HE NEEDED ALL THE CARE AND SUPPORT!
4. Company claims a month-long training for Japa and at least from my experience, I can be sure it is not the case!
5. I spoke to their sales/Ops team, head of PR and GM – while everyone assured me of they doing everything possible for me the mail I got is we just have this profile (they shared a very less experience person profile as a replacement and I refused it and they haven’t followed up for 8-10 days now
Just be sure of what you want and what you get – for first time parents we don’t have a right benchmark but I can be sure this is no where worth the price you will pay and service you get!
