Hello Sir/Madam,

My application (No. [protected]) was submitted for contactless renewal of my driving licence. As per the process, no visit to the RTO is required. All my documents have already been uploaded and approved.

I would like to clarify that I am not applying for any additional vehicle category, as my licence already includes LMV (4-wheeler).

However, my application status has been stuck at “Approval of Endorsements on DL” with counter number BACKENDAPR3 for a long time.

I request you to kindly review my application and process it at the earliest. Please let me know if any further action is required from my side.
