I ordered 32000ma sony power bank and along with the power back one i7 bluetooth ear phones were delivered. Even after initial charge of 4 hours also the power back did not charge and when i connect my mobile it does not charge. This is a defective power bank supplied and also i find this is a duplicate sony product.
All my emails to backinsale is getting bounced and also the phone nos. Are all blocked or stopped in service. How do i contact the backinsale and register a complaint for replacement or refund.

I have ordered BIS187653 product from the Backinsale.com and the payment is successful on June 4th 2018, but till now there is no reply and the product is not delivered.
There is no reply from the customer care and no number is working. Please help.
I request either to refund my amount or help me with the product.
