I ordered a power bank on 22nd feb, 2018 order no bis[protected], paid in advance by card but till date haven't received the product. I have tried to contact the customer support but the email and the phone does not work and have also opened complain tickets on the site but till date no reply. I want my refund or my product sent to me asap. This site appears to be a cheap. Someone needs to take immediate action against them so that they do not cheat anyone else again.
