I have ordered paper handles on 3/6/2020, nikita tripathi ([protected]), proprietor of the company made proforma invoice, and sent me on whatsapp and i made the payment for the same on 13/6/2020. They said the material was dispatched on 18/06/2020, but they didn't send an lr copy of the transport. Then i was waiting for some days. Then i called back to whether they really dispatched the material. Then she gave another number [protected] rahul. He said he will dispatch next week. Later on, even he started to avoid calls. It's been a month now they still did not dispatch the material. They don't even receive a call. I request them to refund the amount or dispatch material as soon as possible.
