Bagbang — Unethical and fraudulent behavior on Online Mobile purchase

This grievance mail is a complaint against Online Telesales company Bagbang.in which is from New Delhi. Mr. Aryan Saxena is Managing Director of this company and telecalles is Ms. Shweta Sharma. (telesales representative) [protected] On 17th Sept, I received call from Shweta Sharma on my number [protected] for telesales of electronic products. On ignoring she called repeatedly, may be to complete her set target of telesales. Apparently, I placed an order for Samsung Galaxy J7 Android Phone for Rs. 11, 000 and transaction done through my Citibank Credit card no. [protected] through PayUmoney. I received mail confirmation right away from their email id [protected]@bagbang.in for the product purchased and said within 7-10 working days product will be delivered. Please note, till date I have not received any product nor the correct information. The customer care representatives are always misguiding and no proper information is provided. I opted for cancellation and full refund of Rs. 11, 000 on 21st Sept. Bag bang company's Sr. Manager - Mr. Prashant Shinde [protected] called me on Saturday, 26th Sept. and asked me to do follow refund process to get back Rs. 11, 000 into my Citibank credit card saying that it is the procedure to refund Rs. 11, 000. There was no order placed for any item on 26th Sept. Mr. Prashant said he is refunding Rs. 11, 000 which I had paid while placing order for Samsung J7 mobile on 17th Sept which I had cancelled afterwards. But again a transaction of Rs. 11, 000 was done and amount debited from my credit card instantly. Please see below message from Citibank. Dear Citibank Cardmember, Thank you for banking with Citibank. Rs 11, 000.00 was spent on your Credit Card 5498XXXXXXXX7572 on 26-SEP-15 at PAYU MONEY. Now total due on my credit card is 22, 000. (Rs. 11, 000 towards transaction dt. 17th Sept for Samsung J7 mobile and Rs. 11, 000 on 26h Sept for nothing). I have got no benefit, but I am being looted by this company BagBang. I already requested several times to bagbang.in via emails to refund my money (Rs. 22, 000 total). I am very much disappointed because for behavior of Bagbang representatives and their practice of fooling customers, who earn the money with lot of hard work and difficulty. Please note.. Credit card statement is generated and amount due is 22000. "Dear Citibank Cardmember, Thank you for banking with Citibank. We are pleased to provide you with a summary of the Citibank Credit Card Account statement. Mini Statement for Card ************7572.Total Due Rs.22000.00.Minimum due Rs.1100.00.Payment due 28-OCT-15. Refer to your statement for more details." Kindly take strict action against them and help me to get my money back. Please find attached all necessary details attached herewith.
