Bagitme — Received totaly wrong product than shown while purchasing

I have purchased wardrob organizers which was pack of 6 and 6 free for Rs. 999 .
But i have recieved the totally wrong product. I have recieved only 3 small sari covers which is worth Rs.100 only.

I have order details and shipment details too, but they have not forwarded any phone number to inform them about the wrong products recieved and also to claim the refund.

Their website is also not working now.

Please take action against such fraud companies and need refund for the same.
