I want to withdraw the attention of Chairman of Bahwan Cybertek Ltd, Nasscom President along with the President of IHS MarkIT to look out the matter regarding what is going on in the Bahwan Cybertek, Chennai branch.I really had a bad experience with Bahwan Cybertek and I never expect that Bahwan Cybertek is even too worst place to work before joining the Bahwan Cybertek.
I had joined Bahwan Cybertek Ltd as on 15th-May-2019 and worked for the IHS Markit Client from 15th-May-2019 onwards to till 24th-May-2019. On 24th May, I had sent the formal E-Mail to the Bahwan Cybertek Ltd that there were a lot of issues at the Client place and want to discuss on the same asap and will not be available to attend the Client work still further issues get Resolved. On the same day (after 30 minutes from sending the E-Mail), I had received the call from Drishti Rai and I had explained the following issues over the call :
1) Every day I had been paying Rs.50 from my pocket towards the Parking of my Car
2) They have hired me on false promises as there was no BCT HR at the Client place(IHS Markit) to sort out other issues and I need immediate discussion, Also they have fake my Reporting position in the Offer Letter to Noida location and force me to join to the Gurgaon location
At that time, She asked me that so now from today onwards are you not available to go to the Client place to resume the work ???
I had answered NO because I need an immediate resolution of the same and will resume only once all the issues get sorted out.
After that, there was no Reply of my E-Mail and no communication from Bahwan Cybertek Ltd and then on 29th May 2019 I got the mail as follows ;
We sincerely regret to inform you that, we have received a client communication that you have taken leave without prior approval and that has not gone well with them. Your unauthorized absence is in violation of company rules. Unfortunately, the client has confirmed that they no longer require your contribution to the project.
We deeply regret our decision to revoke your offer.
My question is that how they could revoke the Offer without giving me 10 days salary as I was there Employee at that time and my Employee ID was 121522. I need my 10 days salary to form them as I have enough evidence to state that I had worked for them for even more than 10 days but still I am asking them for 10 days salary as I know I had joined the cheap organization i.e. Bahwan Cybertek Ltd
Bahwan Cybertek Ltd has been playing the malpractices in the IT Industry, They simply HIRE you for the Client and they cannot pay any salary or Dues as the same had been clearly visible by checking their previous feedbacks, Even they depend on the Client Billing.
At the time of Hiring they will make false claims like they will sponsor H1B Visa, they will hire you for a big role in NCR for the Client, etc, But all of these claims are false, I observe that the work at the Client place(IHS Markit) was something that even 2 yrs IT experience person can do that, There was no one from Bahwan Cybertek Ltd, Admin Team at the client place to sort out your issues, Bahwan Cybertek Ltd doesn't have even more than 10% presence in NCR, Bahwan Cybertek Ltd forces the Engineers to join them at there Client places with false commitments, event the Hiring Team at there location cannot spell the 'Contact' word in their E-Mails
I have been requesting to take strict action against Bahwan Cybertek Ltd and to sort out my 10 days Dues at the earliest. In meanwhile I am requesting everyone in NCR that Please don't join Bahwan Cybertek Ltd
