I was working as a house keeper for last 11 months in BAID Power Services Pvt. Ltd. One of the workers of this company, Aishik Bag, was harassing me any time by saying various bad sexual words and making bad personal attacks since last January (2023).I tolerated these harassments silently, but when I protested last month (August) he told me that he will take revenge of my protested.Then on 5th September he made a false complaint in my name to the owner of the company. He said I have deleted the computer data and I abused the owner of the company. The owner of the company could not show any prove of this allegation.The owner of this company did not investigate the matter.However, the owner of the company fired me without any notice.
