I have visited chanda nagar, hyderabad bajaj electronics showroom on March 19 2017. I went to purchase refrigerator and washing machine. This is not my first visit but this visit was the worst one. First of all, the executives/marketing people see customers by face and dress. Based on customers look, they will attend you otherwise they don't even bother to attend unless and until customers approach them. Moreover what is disgusting is that they pass on very bad comments about the customers on the floor to other executives. Same issue happened to me. One executive named Mr.Yousuf passed a comment on me when i spoke to one other executive. Then i asked for the branch manager or any senior official present and i got to contact some floor manager. I told him the issue and he attended me. In front of him, i called yousuf but then he said that comment was made to someone else. I asked him to take an action but he became defensive and stood standstill. The reason i am complaining this time is because this incident has occurred to me not for the first time but many times and also to other customers even though i have purchased many items from bajaj electronics in the past. After this incident my friends already decided to avoid going to visit bajaj electronics in future and also spread the same to maximum people. I request the senior official and management to kindly look into this matter and take a strong action against that executive yousuf.
