Bajaj Finserv And R. K. Associates — 2 emi r pending of my bike and they are threatening to forcefully take my bike

I purchased a pulsar bike from bajaj and got it financed by bajaj finance. At time of demonitisation i failed to pay 2 emi but since then i am regularly paying emi but for last 1 month collection executive of r. K. Associates based at mansarover colony moradabad is just threatning that i have to pay 12000 penalty for those 2 emi which is of 2730 each otherwise they will forcefully take my motorcycle. I personally advise everybody please do not take bike finance from bajaj finserv as once you fail to pay even a single emi they just transfer your case to private collection agencies which would regularly threat you and will use filthy language and will start torturing your family and friends too.
