Hi, i have ordered a mobile of rs 18, 000/- in this website with the help of one employee through chat service in this website https://www.bajajfinservloan.com.
Later, they were just updating the status of my order that it has been dispatched, courier boy picked up, out for delivery. However, they failed to deliver my order. Without my notice, they cancelled my order with reason "cancelled due to late delivery and initiating a refund." status was updated to refunded but i didn't receive any refund amount from them. I need the amount to be refunded into my card as soon as possible. Please take necessary action and help me getting my money refunded. I have mails, chat transcript, screenshots of the order history in their site as proofs.
