I registered a motor theft insurance claim with Bajaj Allianz General Insurance on 01 Jan 2026 for my stolen bike.
Claim Number: OC[protected]-00002285
Despite continuous cooperation and repeated follow-ups for more than 120 days, my claim still remains unresolved.
I have already submitted all requested documents, including:
* Original RC
* Purchase Invoice
* NCRB Report
* RTO Intimation
* Final Report / Untraced Report
* Other supporting documents
Even after submitting all required documents, the company repeatedly asks for additional documents instead of providing a clear update or settlement timeline.
I have also shared multiple emails and public tweets regarding the issue, but no proper resolution has been provided till date.
Due to this unnecessary delay, my loan account with Bajaj Finance is continuously accumulating charges and causing financial as well as mental stress.
