Dear Concerned Authority,
I would like to raise a formal complaint against Bajaj Housing Finance Ltd.
Despite the fact that I am regularly paying all my EMIs on time, Bajaj Housing Finance Ltd is repeatedly debiting additional amounts from my bank account in the name of sale deed correction charges. These charges were neither clearly explained nor justified to me in advance.
Moreover, their representatives are continuously contacting me, creating unnecessary pressure and mental harassment, even though there is no EMI default from my side. This behavior is causing me significant mental stress and inconvenience.
I request you to kindly look into this matter urgently and take appropriate action against Bajaj Housing Finance Ltd for:
Unauthorised debit of amounts from my bank account
Lack of transparency regarding sale deed correction charges
Continuous harassment despite regular EMI payments
I request immediate resolution of this issue and a refund of any unjustly charged amount.
