BALAJI MOTOR DRIVING SCHOOL — Issue of replacement of two wheeler learners license to 4 wheeler

Sir I have applied for 4 wheeler learner's license, by a motor driving school, and instead of 4 wheeler 2 wheeler learner's license came. And I have told the motor driving manager about this matter, and requested him to replace it. And now from past 1 month the manager just telling that the RTO officer did not came, to the Wadala office, and cuts the call. please help sir
