Balaji Pg, Sector 66 — Poor room facility at a high price and deposit not yet refunded.

I booked a room for a month in balaji pg by paying 3000 in advance as deposit and rest 14000 as my rent. I stayed there for a day and I realized that there was no ac, heater, not dustbin. Even the cupboards to keep clothes were all broken. Overall it was in a pathetic condition.
I stayed there for only 1 day and when I said that im checking out due to personal reasons and they didn't pay me the rest amount yet. I've reminded them twice they haven't paid yet.
Kindly pay me compensation along with my deposit amount.
