Balaji — poorest services.

One the worst customer service providers. They don't even have moral ethics to behave. I booked a bus at 10.30 pm on 14.09.2019 (Chennai to salem) they called by 7.30 pm and said my bus is cancelled. If i want go they said will make arrangements (Lesser than what we are paying) or suggest cancel your tickets. They arranged me a bus at 10. Pm. But the bus came by 11.20 pm.

They mentioned they will drop by 5 am. But still i am on travel (Time right now is 8.15 am) and they are saying it will take another one hour to reach. Meanwhile ac water is leaking. I couldn't sleep because of this. Moreover my things got damaged because of this.

3. Irresponsible staffs
4. Unpunctual departure and arrival
5. Unhygienic bedsheets
6. Not safety to travel
7. Worst waiting hall
8. Bus quality was poor

It is humble request for all not book kpn travels anymore.
