I (Lokesh Bansal) recharged with an amount of Rs 2000/- from my Paytm payments bank for my vehicle no. DL1LAB 761, (RFID SOUTH DELHI MUNICIPAL CORP.) but it was not recharged and the amount has been deducted from my account.
Kindly adjust my account or refund the amount.
