Subject: Complaint regarding inordinate delay and deficient service by Balamuruga Motors, Madurai – reg.

Sir/Madam,

I, Arun Kumar, am presently working in 45th Battalion, Indo-Tibetan Border Police (ITBP), Madurai. I respectfully submit this complaint against Balamuruga Motors, No. 190, Lake View Road, Near Apollo Hospital, K.K. Nagar, Madurai – 625020, for deficiency in service and undue delay in delivery of my vehicle.

That on 13.12.2025, I handed over my Bajaj V15 motorcycle bearing Registration No. CH01BG 8967 to the above-mentioned service centre for service and repair. At the time of submission, I deposited an advance amount of ₹5, 000/-. The service centre issued a vehicle acknowledgement vide Job Card No. RJC[protected] and assured me that the vehicle would be delivered on 16.12.2025 at 07:35 PM.

However, despite the assurance, till date i.e. 06.01.2026, my vehicle has not been delivered. I have contacted the service centre multiple times over phone and have personally visited their premises, but the staff has been non-cooperative and failed to provide any satisfactory response. Today, they have again extended the delivery date to 10.01.2026, which has caused me severe inconvenience, mental harassment, and disruption to my official duties.

The prolonged and unjustified delay, coupled with the indifferent attitude of the service centre staff, clearly amounts to deficiency in service. I am extremely dissatisfied and irritated by the unprofessional conduct of the service centre.

In view of the above, I humbly request your good office to kindly:

Take necessary action against Balamuruga Motors for the deficient and negligent service rendered.

Direct the service centre to immediately deliver my vehicle in proper condition.

Clarify and explain to the service centre that they are not entitled to demand the remaining payment from me after such a disastrous and delayed service experience.

I shall be highly obliged for an early and just redressal of my grievance.
