Baldaniya Creation — Payment deducted but not recd any order no and delivery date

I had purchased a mini refrigerator on 24.04.22 and made a payment of rs.1199 vide transaction no [protected]. Unfortunately yet i had not received any order no or tentative date of product delivery.
