Bally Municipal Corporation — Regarding garbage pickup and drainage jam

Address: 18, Guha Park, liluah

Feeling very uncomfortable with lying garbages on each and every corners of roads in liluah area with drains always fully jam. Here attaching pictures of a drain in front of my shop fully filled with garbage since last 15 days no garbage has been picked up. So is this way we have to leave ?
