This is complaint against Balmer Lawrie & Co.Ltd. for their pathetic customer service, rude Accountant, and cheating us.
First off all i booked Flight Ticket from Leh to Delhi from Balmer Lawrie & Co.Ltd. government employee pertal on 6 September 2022 to travel on 14 September, For 3 members it cost me Rs..16816 So i have paid by UPI ID ([protected]@oksbi) with UPI transaction no[protected]. Money was deducted but ticket was not booked. I called customer care number for the refund they always say it will be refunded within few days but till date money is not refunded. I have mailed 3 times to [protected]@balmerlawrie.com as suggested by customer care and every time I got mail from balmer Lawrie that your mail has been received and representative will contact you however no one contacted. Even customer care representative told me that they have not recieved any mail from me. I have even mailed to Mr AK Gupta head of travel department but till now no response is there from him also even after more then 1 week .
I can't understand which type of service they provide.
Please tell me what action shall I take against Balmer Lawrie & Co.Ltd., I need a strong answer from the "Balmer Lawrie & Co.Ltd." for that unsatisfactory work and I demand compensation for wasting my precious time & money. If i do not get proper response from the concern, I will be bound to knock The respectable Indian Constitution.
