I ordered a smartphone case - ONEPLUS NORD CE 2 LITE WATERCOLOR SPLATTER GLASS BACK CASE (Order #2938) from Balviona.com for Rs. 674/- but they delivered a cheap Rs. 50/- phone cover of some other smartphone.
They do not have a customer care number and they are not responding to e-mail for replacement or refund of the product. Their website seems to be open for sole motive of defrauding the customers.
Please escalate the matter urgently because they might defraud many other innocent customers by selling fake and wrong products.
