Respected Sir/Madam,

I, Siri, the complainant herein, respectfully submit this complaint against Little Yogi – Bhagavad Geeta for Kids, operated by Bambinos, which is promoted as a Shark Tank–featured company, for deficiency in service, unfair trade practices, false assurances, misrepresentation, mental harassment, and wrongful withholding of my money, as detailed below:

FACTS OF THE CASE

1. Registration and Payment

In February 2025, I registered my minor son for the Little Yogi – Bhagavad Geeta for Kids program and paid an amount of $672 CAD.

2. Refund Assurance Prior to Payment

Before making the payment, I specifically enquired about the refund policy. Mr. Rohan, representing the Opposite Party, categorically assured me that the amount would be 100% refundable with no deductions if classes were not taken.

3. No Service Delivered

Despite payment:
• No classes were properly arranged
• On scheduled dates, teachers failed to join
• Multiple follow-ups were made, but the Opposite Party remained unresponsive for over a month

Thus, no service whatsoever was delivered.

4. Delayed and Negligent Communication

After raising repeated complaints, Ms. Akhila contacted me but failed to resolve the matter. The Opposite Party:
• Refused to process an immediate refund
• Attempted to persuade me to continue
• Displayed complete lack of seriousness in addressing the grievance

5. Escalation and Personal Hardship

In June 2025, after significant effort, I spoke with Ms. Rhea Diwan and explained the entire situation. I also informed her of my personal hardship, having unfortunately become a single parent, and the immense mental stress caused by the prolonged delay. Despite assurances, no refund was processed.

6. Repeated False Promises and Unreasonable Delay

For over 10 months, the Opposite Party continued to state that “the team is working on it”, which is unreasonable and amounts to deliberate delay and harassment.

7. Unjustified and Unilateral Deduction

In October 2025, the Opposite Party suddenly stated that a refund would be processed after deducting $199 CAD as an operational/service fee, which was:
• Never disclosed
• Never agreed upon
• Completely unjustified as no services were provided

8. Incorrect and Partial Refund

On October 18, 2025, I received an email stating:

“We have disbursed the refund amount of $466 USD from our end and the same should be reflected in your account within 7–10 business days. $672 CAD.”

However:
• On October 20, 2025, only $466 CAD was credited instead of $672 CAD
• I immediately shared screenshots and raised concerns
• The Opposite Party has not responded till date

I request the Honorable Forum to intervene and ensure justice.
