Bananas Style — delivered wrong saree

I had ordered a light pink dhakai style print saree on 23 rd april, but they sent a different saree. I had ordered a pink saree and got an artificial blue sent a different saree. I complained, so they asked me to send me details of my bank account and ifsc code along with the order no so that they can transfer the refund amount. I sent them all, at least three times but till date they haven’t changed the saree nor refunded the amount
