Banasthali Vidyapith, Rajasthan — Refund of fee against withdrawal of admission

I cancelled my daughter's admission from Banasthali Vidyapith/ University, Rajasthan on 22nd August 2021. I have paid Rs. 2, 64, 500/- on 18th July 2021 for admission but I received only Rs. 202, 076.40 on 10th September, 2021, my remaining amount of Rs. 62, 423.60 is with Banasthali Vidyapith/ University.
Despite many phone calls, emails they did not answer any of my email and accounts department saying that they won't give the rest of the money back according to their university rules.

But according to UGC guideline- (available on UGC website under Notices @ UGC -Date- 16.7.2021)

In view of the financial hardships being faced by parents due to lockdowns and related factors, a full refund of fees should be made on account of all cancellations of admissions/ migrations of students up to October 31, 2021 for the academic session[protected] as a special case. It is made clear that the entire fee, including all charges, should be refunded (i.e. there should be zero cancellation charges) on account of cancellations/ migrations up to October 31, 2021. Thereafter, on cancellation/ withdrawal of admissions up to December 31, 2021, the entire fee collected from a student should be refunded in full after deducting not more than Rs.1000/- as processing fee.
