Bangalore Mahanagara Palike — BBMP not collecting Garbage in my society

This is to inform you that on my locality garbage van comes but they come to our society and collect asking for 2k every month, i have raised complain on twitter sent mail to Gaurav chief commissioner of bbmp no action taken till date i have been following up still not response .
can any one take action on this and send some one to collect garbage or we will definitely throw on road, a tired of following up from 18 aug .
