Bangalore Metro Rail — not respond about complaints

Address:#12/2, GururaghAVENDRA NILAYA, THIMMAREDDY LAYOUT Near PATALAMMA TEMPLE A-Naryanpura, 560016

I already registered complaints few months before but not reply me till now metro department customer service is very careless about customer service. I m waiting for my solution from few months. My card was not readable but no any physical damage or any scratches. But customer assistant told me about new card charges. Its your fault of card what should i pay
